Cody Carpenter fulfilled a long standing personal goal to start a small landscape maintenance business in 2007, Timberland Lawn Care & Home Maintenance (TLC&HM). Prior to starting his company he earned his experience working for other landscape maintenance and construction companies, building contractors and in the marine construction industry, building docks, working with concrete and operating cranes. However, he always knew he’d like to get back to what he enjoyed most. So during the big storm of December ’07 he decided it was time to make his dream happen. TLC&HM began providing homeowners and businesses in Clatsop and Pacific Counties with an affordable, quality maintenance option for their properties.
